— Frequent Flyer Programme —

Our euroPlus frequent flyer programme allows our customers to collect points and tier miles every time they fly and unlock status that allows them to take advantage of additional luggage, airport lounge access, and priority service as a way of saying thanks for being loyal customers.

Our customers can collect and spend euroPlus points with all of our Infinity Alliance and codeshare partner airlines, as well as accessing hundreds of lounges around the world!

— Airport Lounges —

LHR

We operate three flagship lounges in London Heathrow airport:

flyeuro First eurolounge: accessible to all customers flying in first class, and our euroPlus platinum customers.

flyeuro Global Business eurolounge: Accessible to all customers flying in our Business class cabins on long-haul flights as well as our euroPlus Gold & Silver frequent flyers.

caledonian eurolounge: Accessible to all customers flying in our short haul and regional business class cabins alongside our euroPlus Gold and Silver frequent flyers.

With our flagship euroLounges around the world, we are shaping the way of premium travel in a new exciting way!

In airports where there is no flyeuro euroLounge, our premium customers can access partner airline lounges or local lounges under local agreements.

Please be advised that there may be no business class lounges in smaller airports that both flyeuro:regional and flyeuro:connect operates to and from. Please check with local staff or airport websites for availability of lounges, where access will be included on priority tickets.

— CHECK-IN —

We understand that flying can be a stressful experience for many, so in order to ease the pressure at the airport we have some handy information to assist with your on the day nerves!

We offer dedicated check-in counters for our premium products as well as plenty of counters for our equally as important economy and euroPlus Purple and Green customers.

First (+ euroPlus Platinum) - dedicated premium check-in zone at LHR and dedicated desks at other airports where first class is offered

Business (+ euroPlus Gold & Silver) - dedicated premium check-in zone at LHR and dedicated desks at other airports

Economy (+ euroPlus Purple & Green) - check-in online then proceed to airport bag drop, which opens 3.5 hours prior to departure*.

flyeuro:regional and select flyeuro:connect operated services

Check-in will open for both economy, business and euroPlus priority customers 2 hours prior to departure. We advise passengers not to arrive at the airport prior to the stated check-in opening time as many airports that we fly to may not be open 24/7 and most do not have capacity to hold early passengers.

All passengers travelling on flyeuro:regional and select flyeuro:connect services are limited strictly to one underseat bag onboard the aircraft only due to weight restrictions and limited cabin capacity (this will be communicated at time of booking).

All customers in economy should check-in online prior to arrival at the airport, any customer who does not do so will be subject to a £20 airport check-in fee for each passenger - exclusions apply.

*check-in time stated is for flyeuro mainline services only, please see above for services operated by flyeuro:regional and flyeuro:connect

Check-in closure times:

flyeuro and flyeuro:connect - check-in closes 00:45 prior to scheduled time of departure.

flyeuro:regional - check-in will close 00:30 prior to the scheduled time of departure except for international services except for flyeuro:regional services departing from London Heathrow where check-in will close 00:45mins prior to the scheduled time of departure.

Be advised that our check-in counters will not stay open if there is a delay to your service and you must still arrive at the airport on time for your flight, failure to do so will result in refusal of carriage.

Please ensure that you are aware of and in compliance with local security regulations at your departure airport, you can find out what not to pack in your bags and bring on board on our website at flyeuro.co.uk/dangerous-goods also check our bulletins for important updates!

flyeuro, flyeuro:regional, and flyeuro:connect does not carry dangerous goods anywhere on board our aircraft. Please contact us to arrange specialist carriage of IATA classified dangerous goods with a partner airline.
